A special thank you to the Jason Madachy Foundation for gifting first-year Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine students with stethoscopes at a ceremony on Friday. The future physicians will learn many of the more than 100 uses for the instrument. The foundation's namesake passed away suddenly in 2007, two months before beginning medical school.
