What is the best use of Stardust in Melvor? ›

Stardust is an uncommon item acquired while studying constellations in Astrology. The primary use for Stardust is Upgrading Modifiers.

Acquiring Stardust

Training Astrology is the primary way of obtaining Stardust and the only way to obtain Golden Stardust. Both are acquired at random while studying constellations, where Stardust and Golden Stardust drops with a 5% and 2% chance per action respectively.

Golden Stardust is acquired randomly at a 2% chance for each Astrology action performed. For information on increasing the drop chance, see the Acquiring Stardust section of the Astrology skill page.

It is obtained as loot from defeating certain angel-type Monsters, or it can be created directly from the Blessed Offering spell. Equipping the Ring of Faith while casting Blessed Offering makes it a very efficient method to acquire Holy Dust.

Stardust can be mined during the Shooting Stars activity. It is used as currency in Dusuri's Star Shop or to add charges to the Celestial ring and Celestial signet.

Catch lots of Pokémon.

Each day, the first Pokémon you catch earns you an 1,800 Stardust bonus (9,000 if you've consistently caught Pokémon for a week straight). A basic Pokémon in its first tier of evolution gets you 100 base Stardust; a second-tier evolution gets you 300; and a fully-evolved Pokémon gets you 500.

You earn 100 Stardust (not counting the extra you get using a Star Piece) for every regular Pokémon caught, 300 for any second evolution, and 500 if you find one in their final evolution.
